7. Transfer of Services from Stafford Borough Council

 

Following the Council’s decision to discuss the transfer of services from Stafford Borough Council (General Purposes Committee minute GP17/047), to consider requesting that the area of land to the right of the service road on Westbridge Park should be transferred to the management of the Town Council.

To consider approval of the updated Neighbourhood Plan for commencement of Regulation 14 consultations (attached).

Bank Mandate

 

To consider removing previous Councillors from the bank mandate by passing the following resolution:

 

“The authorized signatories in the current mandate, for the accounts detailed in section 2, be changed in accordance with sections 5 and 6 and the current mandate will continue as amended.”
