Passenger numbers soar 152 per cent

There has been a staggering 152 per cent rise  in the number of passenger journeys from Stone railway station since trains started to call there again in December 2008. Sunday capital rail services doubled

Extra trains are now running from Stone to London on Sundays after London Midland doubled the number of Sunday services.
