Vantage Point Creative is the name of the new business, but it’s actually an expansion of an already estaablished Stone business. The business owners took over Abbey Picture Framing after its owner decided to retire earlier this year.
The new business builds on the legacy of Abbey by now also providing a bespoke printing and photography service.
We recently caught up with Vantage Point Creative business owner, Adam Marszalek, to hear what the new venture is all about.
Now operating from a new workshop on Crown Court – between the library and The Crown Hotel – it’s something that Adam says is long overdue and goes hand in hand with the framing element.
“I’ve worked in the printing sector for more than 10 years and, as a passionate photographer, I thought it would be a great idea to offer a framing service to compliment both photography and print.
“Knowing we can offer that full service, with new styles and qualities of frames, we’re confident we have everything to meet what our customers are wanting.”
But it’s not just typical family photos that Vantage Point Creative frame. Something that became apparent during its take-over of Abbey Picture Framing.
“We have had some fantastic and sometimes challenging framing requests”
“Football shirts are probably the most common, as well as being asked to frame sport and military medals.
“There are no limits to what we can do and look forward to developing new techniques that may not have been seen before.”
– added Adam.
Vantage Point Creative is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and on Saturday between 10am and 2pm.
