Video: Stone In Bloom graffiti clean-up

Well done to everyone who braved the snowy conditions on Sunday (10th March) to take part in Stone In Bloom’s graffiti clean-up.

Around 15 helpers took along buckets, brushes and a jet washer to tackle some of the graffiti that had been sprayed down the canal recently. A litter pick was also carried out. Stone In Bloom secretary Jill Hood said: “We were really happy with the turnout, considering that it was Mothering Sunday and it was snowing.”

If you have any information about the graffiti, which was sprayed on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd March,  call Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 299 of 3rd March, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

The video was shot and produced by Tom Williams for StaffsLive. All pictures below by Joshua Cope.
