Toga time for Revellers with ‘Up Pompeii II’

It’s togas at the ready for Stone Revellers with their next production, ‘Up Pompeii II’ at St Michael’s Hall from Tuesday 11th to Saturday 15th June.

And anyone who turns up in their finest Roman toga (producers say a bed sheet will do!) will get a free drink from the licensed bar! And with the ticket price including a fish and chip supper, it looks like another great night with the Revellers!

Based on the riotous 70s TV series starring Frankie Howard, Stone Revellers will bring the frozen city of Pompeii to life once more in this spectacular, saucy and somewhat silly affair. Marcus needs to pay his taxes to the corrupt senators of Pompeii, but with the city crippled by strikes his market just isn’t making enough money. To make matters worse, Julius Caesar is in town with some bad news for the locals, which means it’s time for some extremely unlikely heroes to cross the Egyptian deserts to Cairo… what could go wrong?
