Shoppers in Stone got more than they bargained for on Saturday, with free hugs being dished out on the High Street!
The thousands of people who visited the farmers’ market could have a hug from a member of The Love Circle, a Blythe Bridge-based group that has one simple aim: to spread love and happiness!

Members have travelled all over the country to give out hugs and perform random acts of kindness. There are also meditation events, storytelling, poetry and music.
Despite many confused looks, people were soon only to happy to have a hug!
