The Red Lion could be open again very soon, with the current licensee back behind the bar.
Owner Punch Taverns says re-opening the 200-year-old High Street pub is a priority after it failed to open for business on Sunday. More on that HERE.
A spokesman for Punch Taverns told The Sentinel: “The Red Lion is temporarily closed and we apologise for any inconvenience. Our priority is to re-open the Red Lion by the weekend under the same licensee.”
