Wine & Cheese tasting – how to taste wine like a professional…
Join Certified Sommelier Patryk Kapeliński as he shares his passion for wine in this casual yet educational session. You’ll learn the basics of wine and food pairing techniques ready to impress friends and family the next time you throw a dinner party; tasting some fabulous Italian wines paired with delicious cheeses from their local area.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday @ 4.30pm – £15pp

Sauerkraut hands-on masterclass
Rediscover the lost art of fermentation as Emma Cronin, founder of Wild Pickle (and expert in all things fermented and pickled) guides you through the creation of your very own jar of sauerkraut to take home. With a range of delicious additions to tailor your jar to your individual taste, this session will demonstrate the versatility of this ancient method of preservation, focusing on how it can enhance not only flavour but nutritional value.

Pumpkin cupcakes with Beth
Stone-based cake designer Beth of Beth Lauren Cakes will show you how to create cute pumpkin cupcakes for you to take home and enjoy – just in time for Halloween! Suitable for grown-ups and children 4+ with adult assistance.

Saturday & Sunday @ 12.30am – £6pp

Feast with Friends – dinner party classics
Chef and educator Chris Cohen, who specialises in private dining experiences through his company Feast with Friends, will guide you through the creation of delicious dishes that will wow your guests. Chris will run different sessions on Saturday and Sunday:

Pumpkin Ravioli, wild mushrooms and smoked bacon. Skill level: Intermediate/Pro
The ultimate autumnal flavour combination. See Chris put the dish together before making some of your own ravioli and taking away the ingredients to execute this dish like a pro at home.
Saturday @ 3pm – £12pp

Sous vide cooking steak: Skill level: Starter/Intermediate
Chris will explain the ‘science bit’ behind sous-vide cookery before you get the chance
to barbecue the steak to perfection, make a fine green sauce of the world –
then walk away with a great steak sandwich!
Sunday @ 2pm – £12pp

This year’s festival runs from Friday 4th October until Sunday 6th October and the main event takes place on Westbridge Park in Stone.
