Stone’s Morrisons petrol station is seeking a 24-hour premise licence, with alcohol sales until midnight and late-night refreshment provision.

The Mill Street petrol station has officially submitted an application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Proposed Operations

Under the new application, the petrol station aims to operate on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. The application outlines the following specific proposals for its operating hours and licensable activities:

  • Opening Hours: The service station proposes to operate 24 hours a day, from Monday to Sunday.
  • Supply of Alcohol: There is a proposal to supply alcohol for off-premises consumption from 06:00am to Midnight, Monday to Sunday.
  • Provision of Late-Night Refreshments: Additionally, the application includes a provision for offering late-night refreshments both indoors and outdoors, from 11:00pm to midnight, across the week.
