Teaching Assistant Additional Needs (term-time only) Grade 4
We have two positions available for a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs. These roles are term-time only and may be suitable as a job-share opportunity, please indicate on your application if you would like a job share.

About the role:
We are seeking to appoint two teaching assistants (additional needs)
Support individual children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day-to-day basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised curriculum
Working closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets
To support the child’s personal care and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care Plans, and undergoing any relevant training
Lunchtime supervision is included in this post

There is a possibility for progression, for those interested, in taking an additional role of assisting to manage SEND
