Elly Handy has advised that, sadly, her dad, Brian Reeve passed away on 18th April, aged 87.
His funeral will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday 8th May at Christ Church.

Brian was well known in Stone and at Christ Church, where he was the Vicar from 1973 and 1984. Brian & Cath (Mum & Dad) retired to Stone in 2013 to be near family. In his later years, whilst he was able and active, Brian (Dad) looked after services at Moddershall Church, of which he was particularly fond.

I was truly privileged to meet Brian on a Pathfinder Camp in Yorkshire, and then asked to support him and his team on a Pathfinder Camp in the Lake District when he held the senior position, as Commandant, and was vicar at Christchurch in Stone.
He was a born leader and inspirational minister.
I was subsequently honoured to meet Cath and his family in Stone.
I’m deeply saddened on missing the funeral, and only heard recently via Chester Cathedral prayers.
