Stone Revellers will be auditioning for their next performance over the next week – Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
The award-winning musical has been staged all over the world and was given the Hollywood treatment recently in a big-screen version starring Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham-Carter.
Stone Revellers’ auditions take place on the following dates at St Michael’s Hall in Lichfield Street:

- Sunday 12th December, 2.30pm to 4.30pm
- Tuesday 14th December, 7.30pm to 9.30pm
- Thursday 16th December, 7.30pm to 9.30pm
A workshop is also being held at St Michael’s Hall on Sunday 12th between 1pm and 2.30pm where budding performers can get to know the music and style of the show.
Sweeney Todd will be staged next year between 13th and 16th April.
