‘Bar’velous Next Steps For ALBOS’s Jack

A Little Bit Of Stone’s very own Jack Taylor will this September be joining the team at Lymestone Brewery on an Apprenticeship.

Jack will be working between the Brewery on Mount Road Industrial Estate and the brewery’s pub; The Lymestone Vaults on Pepper Street in Newcastle Under-Lyme. On a 3 year apprenticeship Jack will receive many things out of the apprenticeship including; Training in the Brewery, Sales skills within the Brewery and Catering & Bar qualifications.

Jack; 16, who will start undertaking his GCSE’s at Alleynes Academy in May said “This is going to be an amazing opportunity! I can’t wait to start the apprenticeship at Lymestone. I’ve known Brad & Viv for  years and i’ve worked with them before and enjoyed every minute of it.”

“My next steps as an apprentice will give me life skills and an insight into the running of a business. I enjoy starting in September!”

Lymestone Brewery is a family run micro brewery that is proud to be single handedly upholding the tradition of brewing great beer in the town of Stone. Stone has a fascinating brewing history that extends back in time for almost 1000 years. The Lymestone Brewery is continuing that story once again by producing quality hand-made ales in the traditional manner.
