Big extension for Oulton Village Hall

Work has started on an extension to Oulton Village Hall.

The main hall in the village is already a popular venue for weddings and events and the new extension – called the Meakin Annexe – will enable the trustees to offer more flexible accommodation for meetings and small conferences. The extension was made possible after a bequest from the Meakin family of Oulton.
