Stone has welcomed a new florist with the opening of Bloom and Twine at 15AA Whitebridge Industrial Estate. The business is run by Jess Whitney, who has worked as a florist for 13 years and is now taking the leap into running her own shop.
“I have always loved flowers and floristry,” Jess said. “Everyone who knows me knows how much I enjoy it, so opening Bloom and Twine feels like the right step. I love this town and wouldn’t want to start a business anywhere else.”
What Bloom and Twine offers
Jess is bringing her own creative style to floristry in Stone, offering a wide range of services, including:
- Walk-in bouquets and gift flowers
- Wedding flowers
- Funeral tributes
- Corporate arrangements
- Local delivery across Stone and to surrounding areas such as Trentham and Stafford
She explained: “Floristry is about being creative and everyone has their own style. I can’t wait to bring mine to life for the people of Stone.”
Opening hours and celebrations
Bloom and Twine is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm.
To mark the opening, Jess is holding a celebration day on Saturday, 6th September 2025, running from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Alongside this, there is also a competition taking place on the shop’s Facebook page.
