A new beauty and tanning business in Stone is holding an open day this weekend.
Bronze Bae Beauty, based at 1 The Fillybrooks, ST15 0DH, is inviting residents to call in on Sunday 1 March to meet the team, look around the salon and find out more about the treatments now available.
The premises were previously home to The Bronzing Boutique and have recently reopened under new ownership. Leah Woodcock, who has lived in Stone since she was 13, took over the site last month.
“It’s something ive always thought about but didnt think it was possible, but at the right time the right place it happened and I couldn’t be happier.”
A step into business ownership
For Leah, opening Bronze Bae Beauty is both a professional move and a personal one.
She grew up in the town and says that sense of connection played a big part in her decision to run a business here.
“Ive lived in stone since I was 13 i grew up here everybody knows everybody, I love the relationships everyone has here in this town we are a supportive town to everyones businesses theres no competition just Love.”
Treatments in one visit
Bronze Bae Beauty offers four sunbeds, two lie down and two stand up, alongside brow, lash and tanning treatments provided by Leah.
Her services include brow wax and tint, henna brow and lash extensions, including classics, hybrids and volume sets.
Aynsley of Edit Aesthetics has also joined the business and offers a range of aesthetics treatments, including Botox, filler and facials.
Between them, clients can arrange multiple treatments in a single appointment.
“You can pop in get a tan lashes and botox all in one day what more do people want these days.”
Leah says the salon is designed to be inclusive.
“We welcome everyone here, all ages all sexes.”
Bronze Bae Beauty is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
The open day on Sunday 1 March will include drinks, nibbles and a range of promotions available to those who book on the day.
