Local food and drink producers have been urged to take action now to ensure they don’t miss out on the opportunity to secure a stand at this year’s Stone Food and Drink Festival, which is set to take place from Friday 30th September to Sunday 2nd October.
Festival chairman Richard Stevens said: “Every year the festival grows – both in terms of the numbers of exhibitors and the crowds we attract – and this year looks set to be no exception. We’ve had a real flurry of enquiries from producers across the country, and we’d like to invite local Staffordshire and Midlands producers to submit their applications now to avoid missing out.
“The festival theme this year is ‘The very best of Staffordshire’, to celebrate our ongoing relationship with Taste of Staffordshire, so it’s going to be a true celebration of local food and we’ll be offering Staffordshire producers special rates to get involved.
“Whatever your business – whether you produce home-grown meats and veg, dairy, conserves, or are in the pub, restaurant or retail trade – there are opportunities available at the festival.”
