Emergency services have been responding this afternoon to an incident near the canal bridge on Aston Lane
The incident is ongoing and will be updated as we get more information.
For now, we know that West Midlands Ambulance Service received an emergency call just before 4.00pm this afternoon.
Ground ambulances were dispatched along with the fire and police services.
The West Midlands Air Ambulance has also been sent to the scene and for a period of time were using the car park at Aston Marina. The Marina remained open throughout the incident and remains open this evening.
