Huge congratulations to Stone Dominoes Ladies, who were crowned champions of the Staffordshire County Women’s League on Sunday.
Their opponents at the weekend, Whitchurch, were forced to pull out of the final game of the season, giving Stone the three points needed to secure the title. It’s been a brilliant first season for the Dominoes after the team only came together last summer for the new campaign.

A high-scoring season saw a league goal difference of a huge 101, as well as a semi-final spot in the league cup. Mollie Prime netted a hugely impressive 33 goals, with Vikki Garner scoring 21.
