Artists from Stone and across the county are being encouraged to submit their work to the Staffordshire Open Art Exhibition 2016.
This prestigious exhibition, organised by The Shire Hall Gallery in Stafford, helps to highlight the wealth of creative talent within the county. The event also provides an ideal opportunity for local artists to display their work in a premier visual arts venue.
The exhibition is one of the gallery’s most popular exhibitions, attracting over 15,000 visitors each year. The competition is open to artists of any age who were born in Staffordshire or who live, work or study in the county.

Our Staffordshire Open Art Exhibition, now in its 26th year, continues to be incredibly popular with both new and established artists. We really do have huge artistic talent here in Staffordshire and along with our sponsors, we are delighted to be able to play our part in showcasing this talent. The quality of work we receive never disappoints and always presents our judges with a difficult job.”[/box]
