Children can go mad for science at summer holiday club

Youngsters will be going crazy for science at a summer holiday club in Stone in July.

Children will have the opportunity to make their own gunge, take part in a crazy chemistry lesson and make their own ice cream, discover what it’s like to be shipwrecked on a desert island,  explore explosions and look at secret coding and optical illusions.

‘Mad Science’ is a non-profit community interest company which runs educational programmmes for children aged five to 13. This summer, they will be running a holiday camp at Denstone Preparatory School from Monday 20th to Friday 24th July, from 8.30am to 4pm. It costs £30 per day.
