A Christmas tree festival is being held at St Michael and St Wulfad’s Church over the weekend.
Schools, charities, community groups and organisations from across Stone have been busy decorating their trees for the festival, which takes place at the church in Church Street from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th December.
The trees are available to view between 10am and 4pm on Friday and Saturday, and between noon and 2.30pm on Sunday.
The winner will be announced during the mayor’s civic carol concert on Sunday at 3pm, when choirs from St Michael’s First School will be taking part in the Nine Lessons and Carols.
