Stone children’s company Chuckle Productions has been awarded a £2500 grant from Staffordshire County Council’s local community fund.
After visiting the Chuckle House in Stone and meeting the children from Chuckle Stars, Councillor Philip Jones has awarded Chuckle Productions £2500 towards ongoing costs at the company.

I can’t think of a better, more worthwhile group to support, and am very glad that I have been able to help.”[/box]
Director Sara Christie added: “We are incredibly grateful to Philip Jones for his support. It will enable us to continue the valuable work we do here at Chuckle House for the children and families in our community.”
[box type=”info” align=”aligncenter” ]Chuckle Productions, based in Stone Enterprise Park, provides high quality, innovative workshops that aid the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of children and young people. Chuckle also offers specialist services for assessment and support, including educational lessons and paediatric physiotherapy.
The Chuckle House is also home to Chuckle Stars, a musical theatre company for children with additional needs, and their current project A Sound Connection, a unique music-making project for children with profound additional needs.
