Christie & Co, the letting agents for The Crown Hotel have confirmed that it is back up for sale, just four months after an offer was accepted.
On Christie & Co’s website it has an explanation that the Crown Hotel was back up for sale and the deal fell through on what is being described as ‘personal circumstances’.
The Crown Hotel was closed in late July last year in a surprise shutdown that saw many local people lose their jobs.

The identity of the business or individual that originally tried to buy the hotel is not known.
So if any of you folk think you have £750,000 spare change, why not buy the Crown Hotel? :-)
