CSG Motorsport, based at Crown Street Garage in Stone, were out at Wigan’s 3 Sisters Race Circuit recently, where they finished third overall.
They had fitted new suspension on the car and had a test day setting it up with Slidesports from Hixon, ready for two busy weekends of racing.
Next up, the team was at Anglesey on a national round of the Motorsport News Championship. They had a good run in the morning, lying eighth overall, until a slight differentiator problem which dropped driver Rob Hughes to 10th overall – but luckily they finished!
