Esteemed food and drink businesses from across Staffordshire are celebrating success today, following the announcement of the 2014 Taste of Staffordshire Good Food Awards winners. Recognising quality, excellence and the use of local produce in the county, the awards celebrate some of Staffordshire’s finest, from restaurants to pubs, brasseries to tea-rooms, visitor attractions to local food producers.
More than 200 guests attended the gala dinner and awards ceremony at Keele Hall, Keele University, which was compèred by regional broadcast journalist Janine Machin. Following an opening speech from Taste of Staffordshire Patron, Sarah Willingham, as well as newly appointed Ambassador Louis Barnett, the 2014 Taste of Staffordshire Good Food Award winners were announced as follows:
