The new restaurant from 2013 Staffordshire Master Chef Richard Cullen opens on Friday 25th October in Stone.
Richard has left his head chef role at the Spot Gate to open Cullens with wife Kara at the former Oriental Garden site in Radford Street.
Richard won Staffordshire Young Chef Of The Year in 2006 and Staffordshire Master Chef in 2008 and again this year. He also appeared on BBC’s Masterchef The Profesionals in 2009 and was a finalist in the Gordon Ramsey scholarship competion 2008, as well as making the top 10 in this year’s Roux Scholarship competition. Richard has worked at The Dorchester London, Gordon Ramsey at Claridges and Hibiscus in Ludlow.
