The northbound carriageway remained closed this morning while officers carried out investigations, with the northbound exit of the Creswell roundabout blocked by a police car. This led to lengthy queues from Yarlet Bank to the Creswell roundabout from Stone.

I hope the seriously injured cyclist can recover he is inspirational to many young people.

  • We need signs on this road to get drivers to pass wide. They always try to squeeze through. I;m sure it’s the same on many dual carriageways.
