A Stone dad will be climbing Snowdon to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital as a thank you for the care they are providing for his two-year-old son.

Elias Khoneizer lives in Stone with his wife Lucy and three children: Emma, aged six, four-year-old Joseph and Freddie, who is two.
After a year of intense hospital visits and examinations after Freddie was born, he was diagnosed with a rare neonatal version of Marfan Syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects the body’s connective tissue. As a result, Freddie is a regular visitor to Birmingham Children’s Hospital and is about to undergo major heart surgery.
The staff at Elias’s workplace, chartered accountants Wynniatt-Husey, have been touched by Freddie’s experiences and challenges and want to support the hospital that is doing so much to transform Freddie’s life. Hoping that Mount Snowdon is just the beginning of their fundraising activities, they are proud to contribute towards improving the futures of the children and their families who so desperately need the hospital’s help.

Please give as you are able to support Elias and his colleagues ascent of Mount Snowdon. All money raised will go directly to the hospital.
