Stone’s Danny Lehane is taking part in the Prudential London to Surrey 100-mile cycle ride on 31st July to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Starting off from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the challenging route will be taking in many of the capital’s landmarks, through the stunning backdrop of the Surrey countryside, before finishing along the Mall outside Buckingham Palace. Danny will be fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Research UK charity.
[box type=”info” ]There are currently over 850,000 people in the UK living with dementia, a figure that is rapidly rising. This means 850,000 partners/spouses, 850,000 sons, 850,000 daughters, 850,000 siblings who are also affected by this disease and try to stay strong for their loved ones who tragically don’t even remember who they are.
