A new catering trailer has opened at Stone Business Park, serving hearty hot food and snacks for workers and visitors in Walton.
Deli-licious, run by Andrew Palin, recently began operating from Diamond Way. The trailer offers a menu of bacon and sausage sandwiches, burgers, cold sandwiches, snacks, and a range of hot and cold drinks. Fresh cakes and pastries are also available, with daily specials adding extra variety.
Andrew explained that running his own trailer business is something he has always wanted to try. When the opportunity came up to take on the pitch at Stone Business Park, he decided it was the right time to launch Deli-licious.
He said: “There isn’t much choice for food and drink on the business park, so it felt like the right fit. We’re open for businesses on site, passing trade, and anyone who fancies a bite to eat or a coffee.”
The trailer is open from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 2:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
