Stone has welcomed a new addition to Church Street with the opening of Anjali’s Beauty Lounge. The salon, run by experienced beauty professional Anjali Khatri, opened at the end of August and offers a wide range of treatments for residents and visitors alike.
With two decades in the beauty industry, Anjali has always dreamt of running her own salon. “I have always enjoyed doing beauty and my goal has always been to open my own salon, a place where clients can feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly cared for. Opening this salon has been a dream come true,” she said.
Creating a welcoming space
Anjali runs the salon herself, supported at reception to ensure a warm welcome for every client. Her focus is on creating a space where people feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
“Every service I provide is done with attention to detail and care, and my aim is for every client to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and valued,” she explained.
Services on offer
The salon provides a comprehensive range of treatments designed to help clients feel their best, including:
- Manicures and pedicures, with luxury and shellac options
- Massages
- Facials
- Waxing and threading
- Eyelash and eyebrow tints
- Microblading
- Micro-needling
An opening offer is available for a limited time, with leaflets already being shared around the town.
Why Stone?
For Anjali, Stone was the natural choice for her new venture. “I chose Stone as the location for the salon because it is a very busy and lively area. I wanted the salon to be in a spot that is easy for clients to access and where there is a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere,” she said.
Looking ahead
At the moment Anjali is working alone, but she has plans to grow. “As the business develops I am looking to hire staff in the future to expand the team and offer even more services,” she said.
Anjali’s Beauty Lounge is open Monday to Friday at 1 Church Street, Stone, ST15 8BD.

Been to Anjali’s Beauty lounge today. I am going on holiday and decided to have an eyelash lift. Called in yesterday and had the skin test then went today for treatment. Oh wow cannot telly you how pleased I am. The salon is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. I felt very very warm welcome and relaxed with the whole procedure ( never had it before ) very very professional at all times . Will definitely go back for other treatments and would give them a 10/10 score in all areas. Will pass this on to all my friends excellent what more can I say .
