This Easter Bank Holiday Monday, 22nd April, Aston Marina will be hosting a family-friendly Easter Egg Hunt to raise funds for The Donna Louise Children’s and Young People’s Hospice.
The event will see families challenged to follow a series of clues around a trail to earn themselves a delicious Easter treat plus a voucher for 10% discount on food and drink at the Marina’s No.26 restaurant and bar on the day. The minimum donation to take part will be £2pp with all proceeds going directly into the fundraising pot to support the fantastic work The Donna Louise does for children, young people and families in need.
Daisy Franklin, Relationship Manager at The Donna Louise, says:
“We’re really grateful to the team at Aston Marina for organising this Charity Family Easter Egg Hunt; I’m sure it’s going to be great fun. The money they raise will make a real difference to hundreds of local families who come to the Hospice for a range of care, respite & support services. We rely almost entirely on the local community to make donations and organise fundraising events list this, to ensure that we can be for local children and young people with life-limiting conditions, for as long as they need us. Thank you to everyone at Aston Marina for your continued support.”
The Easter Egg Hunt will take place between 10am and 4pm on Monday 22nd April at Aston Marina on the A51 just outside Stone. Advance registration is advised to avoid disappointment – call 01785 819702 or email info@astonmarina.co.uk. The first clue will be collected from the No.26 restaurant and bar on arrival before heading off on the trail around the marina’s grounds.
