A make-up artist from Stone is in the running for an award at the 2014 Wedding Industry Awards.
Emma Tilley, 29, from Stone, is a mobile make-up artist and owner of Divine Wedding Makeup. She specialises in bridal makeup and has been nominated for an award after one of her brides suggested she enter. Emma reached the regional final by gaining a high average of votes in the Best Make-up Artist category. Going up against others from the West Midlands region, Emma beat off competition to be the only make-up artist representing North Staffordshire.
Emma said: “ I am so honoured to be a regional finalist, I love my job as a makeup artist and I feel privileged that my brides voted such high marks for me. I am truly grateful for such a wonderful response.”
Emma now has to wait until the end of November as the judging panel decide if she has made it through to the national final. The winner will be announced and presented live at the awards event in London on 15th January 2014.
