Nestled in the heart of our lovely town of Stone, The Ishta Centre opens its doors wide between 10 am and 2 pm on Saturday, the 1st of July. The Centre is much more than just a therapy venue; it’s a hub of nurturing, healing, and community connection.
Whether you’re familiar with alternative therapies or curious about exploring the world of holistic health, this Open Day promises something for everyone. You’ll have the opportunity to meet the Centre’s dedicated therapists, dip your toes into art therapy, or sample some nature-infused skincare products. The day wouldn’t be complete without the chance to enter a charity prize draw, contributing to a worthy cause whilst possibly winning a surprise for yourself.
Discover the Array of Therapies
Perhaps you’re interested in chiropractic work or craniosacral therapy, or maybe your interest leans more towards women’s coaching or aura soma. Delve into the realms of mandalas, clinical psychology, and Reiki. Whatever your wellness inclination, The Ishta Centre provides a wealth of knowledge and a wide array of disciplines to explore.
Join the Community Circle
In the spirit of togetherness, everyone is invited to join in the meditation and healing circle. Experience the peace and unity these practices bring, cementing our community bond even further.
The Centre as a Venue
The Ishta Centre is not only a provider of treatments but also a beacon of training and events such as sound baths and Reiki shares. If you’re a therapist looking for a serene space for your sessions, or someone looking to host a spiritually enriching event, you’ll find rooms available for hire at the Centre.
A Day for All
Everyone, regardless of age, is warmly welcomed. Refreshments will be available to ensure you’re nourished throughout the day. It promises to be a day filled with discovery, connection, and tranquillity.
Entrance and limited parking at the rear of the property (The Ishta Centre, 26 Kings Avenue, Stone. ST15 8HD). Plus there are plenty of alternative car parks nearby.

Sadly The Ishta Centre is the ugliest building in Kings Avenue, an otherwise delightful Victorian terrace.

It’s what is on the inside that counts!
