Stone Town Council is now allowing traders that were going to be at the market to trade from a vehicle (car/small van) and a heavy duty table. They are NOT supplying marquees and NOT allowing traders to take their own. If you’re a trader and need more information, call the town council on 01785 619740.

Winds of over 40mph are forecast for Saturday. The Met Office’s weather warning for the weekend says: “Southwesterly gales are expected to affect much of northern England and parts of Wales later Friday and into Saturday with the risk of storm force winds over coasts and hills. Please be aware of difficult driving conditions with the risk of travel disruption. Winds may be strong enough to damage or bring down trees.”
