Festival diners set for a ‘Manger a Trois’

The three restaurants that will be doing the wining and dining for this year’s Stone Food & Drink Festival’s annual ‘Musical Meander’ roving meal on Wednesday 1st October have been revealed – and just a few tickets remain if you want a foodie night out with a difference!

The event sees diners enjoy a three-course meal with a twist – each course is taken in a different town centre restaurant, with each also laying on great live music to keep revellers entertained. This year’s venues have been confirmed as Granvilles, The Crown & Anchor and The Mill – but to maintain an element of surprise, diners won’t know which course they are eating in which restaurant until they arrive on the night!

Festival Chairman Richard Stevens said: “Over the years, the Manger a Trois has become a real festival institution – there’s always a great atmosphere among the three groups ‘swapping’ restaurants and the venues always do us proud and lay on not only delicious food, but great entertainment to boot. It’s a really good night out and, as ever, we have seen numerous Manger a Trois stalwarts book this year, as well as some new faces.”

To ensure you don’t miss out on the event, which is strictly by advance booking, and will take place on Wednesday 1st October from 7pm, secure your tickets, priced at £27.50pp online at www.stonefooddrink.org.uk or from the Festival Office, The Market House, Mill Street, Stone – open daily, 10am – 1pm.
