The photographs include date, location and other details about the illegal tipping last month with the Borough Council appealing to anybody who has information about the waste to get in touch.

There were more than 350 reports of fly tipping last year in the borough costing tens of thousands of pounds to clean up. A number of people have been fined in separate incidents over the last 12 months for dumping items, such as household waste and an old sofa illegally, in Stafford, Eccleshall and the village of Great Haywood.

People with information can contact the council in confidence on 01785 619401 or email grimewatch@staffordbc.gov.uk. Pictures will be updated at www.staffordbc.gov.uk/grimewatch.
