A spooky Halloween party with a difference is taking place in Stone on Sunday 31st October – on board a narrowboat on the Trent & Mersey!
Daydream Canal Trips are running the special event, with their spookily decorated narrowboat leaving Stone boat yard (opposite Canal Cruising Co near the health centre) at 4pm on the day. “Dress up and get ready to be scared” says the website!

The narrowboat will travel to Westbridge industrial estate, with all youngsters getting a scary bag of treats. It costs £7.50 for both adults and children.
