An initiative by Stafford Borough Council that promises cost-effective home repairs has been rolled out to Stone residents – but you must act fast!
Stafford Borough Councillor Jill Hood has recently let us know that this service has now been extended to include Stone. Speaking to A Little Bit of Stone Jill said:
“The Stafford Healthy Homes service is a perfect opportunity for residents to apply for a home repair service which can be achieved in one day by a single workman and with a cost under £500. It’s meant for those irritating jobs that have needed doing for a while which you personally can’t do and it will cost the earth by hiring someone in.
To apply, just call Stafford Borough Council on 01785 619000 and there will be someone who will be able to help .
Please be aware that the scheme finishes in September.”
