Hunt on for missing parrot Chicky

People in Stone and the surrounding areas have been urged to keep a look-out for this lovely parrot after he went missing from the Birdline UK charity on Newcastle Road.

The four-year-old African grey is called Chicky and has a red tail.

But it’s his vocal dexterity that will clearly identify him!

Some of Chicky’s favourite sounds are the beeps of a microwave oven, coughing and sneezing.

He also whispers “Good Boy” very clearly and mumbles other phrases like “Hello” “Who’s a good boy” and “Hello baba”.

A reward is on offer for his safe return. Call Birdline UK on 0845 6431785.
