Dozens of people took part in the Advent Windows carol and story walk on Christmas Eve. Stories were told at many of the windows in the town, with carols sung as the group moved up the High Street towards Christ Church and the final opening by the Bishop of Stafford.
Well over 100 people were at Christ Church for soup and mince pies and to mark the end of the second Advent Windows project in the town.
Organiser David Pott said: “It has gone so well this year and so many people have taken part and enjoyed what we’ve been doing. It’s a real community celebration and I’d like to thank everyone who has told stories, helped to decorate windows and made it such a success.”
