Looking to burn some calories and get a bit fitter before the festive season? There are now indoor cycling classes at Stone Tennis Club in Newcastle Road that can help you do just that.
The spinning classes are held between 6.30pm and 7.15pm every Friday and cost £3 for club members and £4 for non-members. There is no contract or joining fee.
