We are representing a dynamic company specialising in design and manufacturing, They looking to expand our e-commerce operations. We aim to provide a seamless online shopping experience and data-driven strategies to grow sales and customer engagement.
The Role
We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage, optimise, and analyse our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytical, and proficient in Excel, with strong experience in VLOOKUP and data manipulation to support reporting and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar)
Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock levels
Analyse sales, customer behaviour, and web traffic to provide actionable insights
Create and maintain reports using Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to optimise online performance
Monitor competitors’ online activity and implement strategies to improve sales and conversions
Assist in managing email campaigns, online promotions, and digital marketing initiatives
Ensure content, images, and product information are accurate and optimised for SEO
Requirements
Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis
Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, or other analytics tools
Experience with ERP systems
Basic HTML/CSS skills for minor website edits
