We are seeking a thorough Order Processor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate order processing, timely fulfilment, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and processing customer orders – ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Verifying order information and ensuring proper handling of special instructions – this includes accurately supplying information internally regarding credit limits.
Accurately inputting order details onto internal system and hauliers’ portals.
Coordinating with external companies (e.g. warehouses, hauliers.)
Communicate order status, resolve inquiries, and provide assistance to customers as needed.
Resolving order-related issues.
Maintaining accurate records of stock.
Tracking order status and providing updates to customers.
Required Skills:
Experience in office admin, order processing and arranging transport.
Excellent grammar and organisational skills – attention to detail is a must.
Proficiency in using computer systems (preferably Sage.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Full time: Mon – Fri 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week.) Salary: £24,960. 1 month probationary period.
