“Lily’s Weepers” to play at Oulton Village Hall

Local band Lily’s Weepers will grace the stage at Oulton Village Hall on Saturday 15th October.

In a rare gig, the well known local jazz musicians will be on stage performing a set of good-time Trad and Dixieland classics from 8.00 pm.

The band, Pete Brown on Trumpet and vocals, Eric Newton on clarinet, Terry Brunt on trombone, Lily Lynch on bass and vocals and Pete Robinson on guitar and banjo, are donating all proceeds after expenses towards Village Hall maintenance. Tickets available from Chris on 01785 813377.

Doors open from 7:30pm, a bar & soft drinks will be available, along with table nibbles.

As this is one of only a few concerts the band will play this year, it’s an opportunity not to be missed!
