Lizzie Neave makes Team GB squad

Stone London 2012 canoeist Lizzie Neave has secured her place in the Great Britain canoeing team for 2013 after winning at the Lee Valley White Water Centre in Hertfordshire.

Lizzie won the last race of selection in the women’s K1 after battling in races over two days. She was part of Team GB at the London 2012 Olympics. She also won bronze medals in the 2012 World Cup and the 2011 European Championships. She’s now part of the three-strong Great Britain team for 2013.
