Lymestone’s 20:20 festival this weekend

Stone’s Lymestone Brewery are staging their second 20-20 beer and cider festival this weekend (12th to 14th September) at their Mount Road brewery.

Friday 12th – doors open at 7pm and the live music starts at about 8.30pm. The Jake Leg Jug Band will be performing their fantastic American rag time jazz, blues and gospel music. Tickets cost £5 per person, includes your glass and first half pint. Beers/ciders cost £1.50 per half.

Saturday 13th – doors open at 7pm with the Bierkeller Schunkler Bavarian Showband on stage at about 8.30pm. Tickets cost £5 per person, includes your glass and first half pint. Beers/ciders cost £1.50 per half. Tickets are VERY close to selling out for this night.

Simon’s Curry Box food will be available to buy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Sunday 14th – doors open at about 11am and the day will run till 4pm. Local young people will be performing an ‘unplugged’ accoustic session. There will be no charge to enter the brewery. Prices at the bar will remain at £1.50 per half – and when the beer is gone it’s gone!
