Mark was first elected as a Stone Town Councillor in 2007 and had the honour of becoming Stone Town Mayor in 2008 and Deputy Mayor in 2010. He is now retired, having run a local bed and breakfast in Stone.
He believes that all green spaces in Stone should be retained for future generations to enjoy and will carry on campaigning until all roads in Walton are of a good standard.
In the last 8 years he has spent his spare time as a volunteer at Stone Stroke Club and Stone in Bloom amongst other organisations. As a Stone Independent councillor he can represent the people of Walton rather than a political party.
Mark says: ‘I live in Walton and care about Walton, that is why I ask for your support for Town Council elections.’

How will you keep in touch with your constituent’s concerns?
We are highly contactable through phone, email and social media including our website and FB pages. We welcome being approached to listen to residents’ concerns. Serving councillors are active in working with local residents and residents groups.
