The restaurant at Moddershall Oaks health spa near Stone scooped the runners-up prize in the Best Restaurant (European influence) category at last night’s Taste of Staffordshire awards.

Restaurants, pubs, brasseries, tearooms and banqueting venues compete for these prestigious awards and are judged for quality and excellence, particularly their use of locally produced ingredients.
